Hockett Mediation Availability and Fees

Whole day and half days available. Whole day is 9a-5p. Half day is 3.5 hours.

Whole day rate: $1400 per party ($2800 total) with $700 deposit/side

Additional time rate: $400/hr after 8 hours

Half day rate: $700 per party ($1400 total)

$400/hr, no increase for overtime

Lori will travel to an attorney’s office of one of the parties (as agreed upon by the parties), or…

Upon request, Lori will conduct mediation at the law offices of Underwood Perkins, P.C. for a supplemental charge of $225 per party ($450 total).
